Privacy Policy

Influenstation is in early access. There are no accounts yet, so we collect very little: what you type into our three forms, plus the minimum needed to keep those forms free of spam. This page lists all of it.

01What we collect

Only when you submit a form:

  • Claim a handle — the handle you typed (for example “maya”) and the time. We don’t ask for your name or email yet.
  • Brand waitlist — your work email address and the time.
  • A creator’s free download (on a Creator Page) — your email address, which creator and which download it was for, and the time.

When you visit or use the site:

  • Spam protection — your IP address is used to limit each visitor to five form submissions a minute. We store only a scrambled, one-way code derived from it (not the address itself), and delete it after 10 minutes. Vercel BotID also checks signals from your browser when you submit a form, to tell people from bots.
  • Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and which form was submitted, with the page address (without anything after “?”), referring site, country and device type. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. The content of what you type is never sent to analytics.
  • Server logs — our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (including IP address and browser type) for a short period to run and secure the site.

The free tools, such as the Rate Calculator, run in your browser. Your inputs are kept in the page address so you can share a result; we don’t store them.

02Why we use it

  • Handle claims — to hold the handle for you and to honour claims in order when accounts open.
  • Brand waitlist emails — to tell you when brand features are ready. Nothing else, and we won’t add you to other lists.
  • Free-download emails — to send what you asked for on behalf of that creator. The Maya Lin page is a sample: nothing is sent from it.
  • IP-derived codes, bot checks and logs — to stop spam and abuse and keep the site running.
  • Analytics — to see which tools and pages people use, so we know what to build next.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

03Where it’s stored and who processes it

Form submissions are stored in a database run by Supabase, Inc. in its US West (Oregon) region. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the analytics and bot protection. Both act on our instructions as service providers. They may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.

When real creators run pages on Influenstation, your free-download email will be shared with the creator whose page you used, because the download comes from them. That will be stated next to the form.

04How long we keep it

  • Handle claims and waitlist emails — until you ask us to delete them, or until we move them into accounts when sign-up opens (we’ll email waitlist members before that).
  • Free-download emails — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Rate-limit codes — 10 minutes.

05Seeing, correcting or deleting your data

Email hello@influenstation.com. Tell us the handle or email address involved, and write from that email address if it’s an email you want removed, so we know the request is yours. We’ll reply within 30 days and confirm once it’s done.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your data, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

06Children

Influenstation isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has submitted a form, email us and we’ll delete it.

07Changes

If we start collecting something new — for example when accounts launch — we’ll update this page and the date at the top before we do.
