Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of influenstation.com while it’s in early access. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.

01Early access

Influenstation is still being built. Most tools are marked “Coming soon”, features may change or be removed, and the site may be unavailable at times.

02Claiming a handle

  • A claim is a request to reserve a handle, not an account. It becomes yours when accounts open and you complete sign-up.
  • Claims are handled first come, first served. Some handles are reserved for the site or its examples and can’t be claimed.
  • We may release or refuse a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or was claimed in bulk or by automated means.

03Free tools

Results such as Rate Calculator prices are estimates based on a general formula, not a quote, and not financial, legal or tax advice. Decide what to charge and what to sign based on your own judgement.

04Sample content

Pages marked “Sample”, including the Maya Lin creator page, are made up to show how the product works. The person, numbers, prices and brands on them are not real, and buttons on them don’t buy or book anything.

05Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to send spam, submit forms automatically or in bulk, get around our rate limits or bot protection, interfere with the service, or break the law. We may block access to anyone who does.

06Our content

The Influenstation name, logo, design and text belong to us. You may link to and share pages, but don’t copy the site or present it as your own.

07No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a tool’s results. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

08Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: hello@influenstation.com.
